At Novel, a visit is one chapter in a much longer story: your pet's. What happens in the weeks that follow, at home, at the food bowl, on an ordinary Tuesday evening, matters just as much as anything that happens in the exam room. So, we've built our care to follow you home.

Care that knows your pet

Every Novel members has a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) as their main point of contact, with a veterinarian overseeing every visit. It means the person you speak with knows your pet's history, their quirks and what was discussed last visit.

But knowing your pet is only useful if it carries through everyday life. A recommendation made in the clinic should be easy to follow at home, not something you have to remember, search for and piece together on your own.

Going the extra mile: your pet's essentials, ready and waiting
Take nutrition. When your pet's care plan includes a specific diet, whether it's support for sensitive digestion or simply the right food for their life stage, the conversation shouldn't end with "look for this brand next time you're at the store."

Instead, our team sets it up for you. After your visit, the food and supplements recommended for your pet can be added straight to your account in the Novel MyVetStore.

How it works

1. We talk it through at your visit. Your RVT and veterinarian discuss what your pet needs and why.

2. We set up your account. The recommended products are added to your Novel online store account.

3. You review and order. Sign in, adjust quantities, add treats or anything else you like, and check out. Nothing is ordered until you do.

4. It arrives at your door. Everything ships straight to your home. And, if you turn on auto order you will save not only your time, but also your money!
   
   And if your pet's needs change, whether that's their weight, age or a new diagnosis, just let us know. We'll update their recommendations so your account always reflects the care they need today.
