Novel is open 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. Accommodating when your pets are sick and need to be seen. The office is very comforting and spacious while you wait. The staff make you feel at ease and they even offer water or coffee while you wait!

My dog was treated over two days at Novel. On the second day Dr.Brendon Laing was extremely professional and methodical in his assessment of my dog. I would wholeheartedly recommend Novel. The receptionist was happy friendly and helpful. The pricing was transparent with no exam fees.
