As part of our commitment to making veterinary care simpler and more accessible, Novel members in our delivery service area can now order medication refills right through the MyNovel app and have them delivered straight to your door.

With Novel medication delivery, eligible members can request their pet's medication refills through the MyNovel app and choose delivery, helping make it easier to stay on top of their pet's care. No extra trip to the clinic, just another convenient way to manage your pet's care.

How does medication delivery work?
1. Open the MyNovel app: access your pet's information and medication refills
2. Request your refill: select the eligible medication. Please note that some medications are not eligible for delivery and some refills may require approval from our doctors before your order can be delivered.
3. Choose delivery: Have your pet's medication delivered directly to your door. Choose a date and time that works to catch you at home.
