We're looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to lead operations at our Burlington hospital while helping prepare for our next phase of growth, including supporting the future Novel location in Ancaster. This is an opportunity to shape not only one hospital, but the future of veterinary care.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Optimize scheduling, workflow, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
Champion an exceptional client and patient experience.
Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in veterinary medicine.
Strong operational, organizational, and people leadership skills.
Financial and business acumen.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative leader who is passionate about building positive, engaged teams.
