Fetch, by Novel

Your pharmacy, delivered.

Fetch sends your clients' recurring meds to their door, automatically, from your own shelves. Refills are pre-approved by your team, delivered by local couriers within days, and stay inside your clinic's relationship with every patient.

Built and proven at Novel in Burlington, Ontario. Works with Vetspire today.

The refill walks out the door. So does the patient.

Pharmacy is one of the biggest lines in your revenue, and the easiest to lose. Clients mean to come back for the next box of Apoquel or the next round of parasite prevention. Then life happens. Some order online. Many just stop.

When we looked at our own clinic, the gaps were bigger than we expected.

23%
of revenue came from pharmacy
54% / 77%
of dogs and of cats never received parasite prevention
12%
of dogs got a full year's supply

That isn't just lost revenue. It's heartworm, fleas and flare-ups that didn't need to happen.

How Fetch works

Approve once. Fetch handles the rest.

  1. 1

Your vet approves the refill plan.

A set quantity and schedule, attached to the patient record in your PIMS. Clinical judgement stays with your team.

  2. 2

    Fetch knows when it's due.

It tracks every active plan and queues the next refill before the client runs out.

  3. 3

    Your shelf fills the order.

Fetch reserves stock from your own inventory, so it only promises what's actually there.

  4. 4

    A local courier delivers.

Orders batch into scheduled delivery days and arrive at the client's door within days, not weeks.

  5. 5

    It's invoiced in your system.

Revenue, records and client communication all stay in your clinic.

For your clients

No reminders to remember. No reordering. No running out. Their meds just show up, from the clinic that knows their pet.

For your team

No refill phone tag, no manual reminders, no counter pick-ups to chase. Approve the plan and move on.

Why it works: Kibble underneath

Delivery is only as good as what's on your shelf.

Most delivery programs fail on the boring part: the drug isn't in stock, the order stalls, and the client gives up. That's why Fetch comes with Kibble, the inventory system we built for our own clinic.

Kibble weighs and counts your shelves, forecasts what you'll need from real usage, and automates ordering and receiving. Fetch reads that live picture, so every delivery promise is one you can keep.

And because Kibble tightens your whole inventory, the savings go well beyond pharmacy.

Online stores are a good defence for clinics that need one. Fetch is for clinics that want more: their own stock, their own margin and faster local delivery, without leaving their PIMS.

Inside the Novel clinic in Burlington

We built Fetch because we needed it.

Novel is a veterinary clinic first. We opened in Burlington to make great care feel simple for pets and their people, and we kept running into the same wall: clients who loved us still ran out of meds.

So we built the fix ourselves, tested it on our own patients, and refined it on our own floor. Fetch isn't a tech company's guess at how clinics work. It's how ours works every day.

FAQ

Questions clinics ask us.

Who's responsible for dispensing?

You are. Every refill is authorized by your veterinarian under an existing VCPR, dispensed from your stock and recorded in your PIMS. Fetch handles logistics, not prescribing.

Can Fetch deliver controlled drugs?

Not at launch. Fetch focuses on routine chronic meds and preventives.

What does delivery cost my clients?

Placeholder: free over a minimum order, or a flat fee.

How far do you deliver?

You set your delivery zone. At Novel, a 16 km radius covers most of our members.

Do I need Kibble?

Yes. Fetch runs on Kibble's live inventory so it never promises stock you don't have. They're sold together.

How long does setup take?

Placeholder: onboarding timeline, hardware install.

What does it cost?

Placeholder: pricing and founding-clinic offer.

What about refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products?

Placeholder: cold-chain policy.

Founding clinics

Be one of our founding clinics.

We're opening Fetch to a small group of clinics first. Founding clinics get hands-on onboarding from our team, a direct line to the people who built it, and founding offer placeholder.
